Integral High Performance Coatings (Integral HPC) is a locally owned business in Edmonton. We are a division of  Groundworks.

The Integral High Performance Coatings division has been active since early 2021. We provide a proven, reliable, eco-friendly 100% Solids Polyurethane coating and rehabilitation of damaged wastewater treatment and sanitary sewer infrastructure. We specialize in preventing Inflow & Infiltration, eliminating damage from Corrosive gasses, and extending the useful life of both new and aging wastewater infrastructure. Our team is dedicated to solving our customer’s most challenging needs. Our focus is on providing lasting sustainable solutions for the wastewater industry.

    JF has been with Integral High Performance Coatings since 2022 and with the company since 2019. Transitioning from production to sales. and a journeyman electrician, he’s known for his approachable nature and strong customer connections. His leadership promotes collaboration and fosters a positive team environment. Always focused on improvement, JF stays ahead of industry trends to enhance customer satisfaction and drive success.

    Operations Manager

    Vanessa excels in building genuine customer relationships through attentive listening and tailored solutions. As a leader, she promotes collaboration and motivates the team, ensuring a positive work environment. Always focused on improvement, she leverages industry knowledge to enhance customer experience and drive results. Vanessa’s blend of customer care, leadership, and strategic insight makes her a key asset to Groundworks.

  • Francois Amyotte

    Founder

    Francois Amyotte holds journeyman certificates in plumbing, first-class gas fitting, and pipe fitting. Francois has been working on construction sites since 1977 and has further experience in the form of the 20+ houses he has bought and sold. Francois has purchased homes and gone through extensive renovations, turning them into rental properties or resold.

  • Michel Belanger

    Founder

    Michel Belanger has had a long career on the operations side of several businesses. Michel is the CEO and President of Redrok International Inc., a firm helping entrepreneurs build their businesses by providing equity financing, business advice and strategic partnerships. Michel is also the director of Newcastle Medical Investments Ltd., an investment company that assisted Innovative Trauma Care Inc. in getting to market.

    Michel was previously Partner/Owner, Production Manager, Repair Manager, and Technical Manager at a datalogger (measurement & control systems) company with extensive experience in field installations. Michel’s proficiency in accounting and financial planning strengthens the foundation of Integral High Performance Coatings.

    In addition to his business ventures, Michel serves as President of the Southwest Community Adult Hockey League (SWCAHL). The SWCAHL aims to keep players active in hockey throughout their adult lives and serve as a bridge to join the over-55 Edmonton Vintage league. Michel is also a former director of Yellowbird East Community League.
